Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established adult primary care practice within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients aged 18 and older
• Conduct wellness visits and preventive screenings
• Manage acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, and obesity
• Order and interpret diagnostics
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on health management
• Utilize telemedicine and patient portals to enhance patient engagement

Requirements

• Current NY licensure
• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
• DEA eligibility
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Qualifications

Experience in internal medicine, primary care, or chronic disease management is preferred, but new graduates with a keen interest in adult primary care are encouraged to apply.
