Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

About the role

This role is for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an adult primary care practice, collaborating with an experienced physician and team to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adults aged 18 and older
• Conduct wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine exams
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and COPD
• Order and interpret lab, diagnostic, and imaging results
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on prevention and disease management
• Educate patients on medications, lifestyle changes, and treatment goals
• Collaborate with the care team and supervising physician to coordinate care
• Utilize telemedicine and patient portals to enhance engagement
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record

Requirements

• Current NY licensure as NP or PA, with graduate accreditation
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule

Full-time outpatient position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Pay

Compensation starting at $125,000.
