Urologist Opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN (Sign-on Bonus)

Indiana University Health, Indiana's most comprehensive and top-ranked healthcare system, is actively recruiting a Urologist to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are in the early stages of developing a new healthcare facility and are looking for passionate, skilled professionals to help launch this exciting new chapter in patient care.

About the Role

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient work
• General urology practice
• Monday through Friday schedule with some on-call duties
• Flexibility as we build and shape this new facility

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Completed residency training in Urology
• Open to both new graduates and practicing physicians
• Ability to obtain an Indiana medical license

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year guaranteed salary
• wRVU production incentive
• $60,000 sign-on bonus (3-year work commitment)
