Urologist Opportunity

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a busy, community-based urology practice in Southern Louisiana. The role offers strong patient demand with 1–2.5 month wait times, allowing for quick practice growth and high productivity, averaging approximately 800 wRVUs per month. Responsibilities include providing general urology services through outpatient clinics, procedures, and surgeries, with opportunities to expand urology services in an underserved region. The schedule features a 4-day clinic week (Monday–Thursday), with Fridays for procedures or light clinic work, and shared call duties that may progress from Q5 to Q6. Qualifications include an MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology. Candidates should be team-oriented and interested in growing a community-based practice. Both new graduates and experienced urologists are encouraged to apply. Compensation potential exceeds $625,000 annually, with a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $80,000 student loan repayment, and benefits such as 4 weeks PTO and CME allowance.
