Role Overview: Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist to join a high-demand practice in southern Louisiana, focusing on clinic, procedures, and surgeries. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urology services, including outpatient care, procedures, and surgical interventions.Collaborate with a team of 3 established urologists to expand services in an underserved region.Participate in regional outreach clinics, contributing to community health growth.Share call duties (Q5 progressing to Q6) with scheduled post-call time off.Maintain around 800 wRVUs/month, balancing clinical and procedural work. Qualifications & Skills Board Certified or Eligible in Urology.Strong general urology skills and team-oriented mindset.Interest in developing a community-based program. Key Benefits & Compensation Potential total income exceeding $625K.$50K sign-on bonus and $80K loan repayment.Additional incentives: $60/wRVU plus quality bonuses.Four weeks PTO and CME allowance.
