About the role

Seeking a general urologist to join a community-based urology program in Southern Maryland. The role offers a broad urology practice with flexible operating access, manageable surgical caseload, strong outpatient volume, no robotic training requirement, and the opportunity to help shape program growth. The clinic is located near the hospital with approximately 25 patients daily. The position provides excellent work/life balance, the chance to influence program development, and access to a charming Southern Maryland community with outdoor recreation and proximity to Washington, D.C. The hospital plans to acquire a da Vinci robot within 18 months, enhancing surgical options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver broad urology care in a collaborative setting.
• Manage an outpatient clinic with approximately 25 patients per day.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
