About the role
Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Urologist to join a growing, high-demand practice in southern Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide a mix of clinic, procedures, and surgery, with approximately 800 wRVUs/month per provider
- Expand urology services in an underserved region
- Participate in regional outreach clinics
- Work within a collaborative team environment with 3 established urologists
- Share call (Q5 progressing to Q6) with post-call time off
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
- Strong general urology skills
- Team-oriented mindset focused on growing a community-based program
Schedule
- 4-day clinic schedule (Monday–Thursday)
- Friday procedure/light clinic
- Shared call (Q5 progressing to Q6) with post-call time off
Pay
- Income potential of $625K+
- $50K sign-on bonus
- $80K loan repayment
- Additional incentives based on wRVU and quality
