Urologist Opportunity

Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Urologist to join a growing, high-demand practice in southern Louisiana. Responsibilities include providing a mix of clinic, procedures, and surgery, with approximately 800 wRVUs/month per provider. The role involves a collaborative team environment with 3 established urologists, offering a 4-day clinic schedule (Monday–Thursday), Friday procedure/light clinic, and shared call (Q5 progressing to Q6) with post-call time off. Key duties include expanding urology services in an underserved region and participating in regional outreach clinics. Qualifications include strong general urology skills and a team-oriented mindset focused on growing a community-based program. Compensation offers an income potential of $625K+, a $50K sign-on bonus, $80K loan repayment, and additional incentives based on wRVU and quality. Benefits include 4 weeks PTO and CME allowance.
