Responsibilities

Full-time BE/BC Urologist in a growing Urology Department within a physician-led health system. Provide comprehensive Urology care, maintaining diverse clinical interests. Perform surgeries at a 25-bed Critical Access hospital with advanced facilities, including upcoming Da Vinci surgical system. Collaborate with hospital-based and specialty services such as General Surgery, Oncology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and ENT. Benefit from dedicated support staff and block surgical time for efficient scheduling. Engage in outreach to expand patient access in a service area covering 8 counties and over 109,000 residents. Competitive salary range of $650,000 - $705,000, with productivity incentives.
