Urgent Care RN (Part-Time)

About the role

Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate services across the healthcare system.
• Provide emergent and urgent care for diverse patient populations, from neonates to geriatrics, with various chief complaints.
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to prioritize care and respond to patient status changes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, including health education and psychosocial support.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Participate in continued education, quality assurance, and research activities to maintain professional standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing and valid RN license (Washington or Compact license).
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (within 6 months).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred: ambulatory care, primary nursing, case management, or emergency department experience.
• BSN is a plus.
