Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner - Part-Time

About the role

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for part-time opportunities in the St. Louis area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers.

Responsibilities

• Treating both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Comfortable with minor procedures such as sutures, casts, splints, preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays
• Part of a collaborative team including Rad Techs, highly trained Medical Assistants, and other providers
• Working in modern, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR (Epic)
• Utilizing advanced clinical training and expanding professional experience

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioners: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a provider in a family medicine, emergency medicine, peds, or urgent care setting. Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP).
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.

Qualifications

Pay

Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!

Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.
