Part-Time Urgent Care Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

CareNow Urgent Care is seeking a board-certified Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join their Kansas City Market. The ideal candidate should:

• Be comfortable seeing ages three months and up
• Be board certified
• Have or be willing to obtain Kansas and Missouri state medical licensure
• Be able to perform first reads on x-rays
• Have skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries, including pediatric and adult care, I&Ds, suturing, etc.

Responsibilities

• See patients with most acute illnesses or injuries
• Perform patient treatment procedures such as I&Ds, suturing, etc.

Requirements

• Board certification
• Kansas and Missouri state medical licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Current active license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Kansas and Missouri
• Experience in urgent care or primary care settings preferred
