About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Urgent Care environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and prioritize patient care based on urgency.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate services across different care segments.
- Provide patient education, counseling, and support tailored to diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds.
- Monitor patient responses, recognize changes in status, and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Participate in ongoing education, quality assurance, and research activities to improve nursing practice.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Valid RN license in Washington or Compact State.
- Basic Life Support certification at hire.
- Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are required or preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in ambulatory, primary, case-management, or emergency nursing is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
