Urgent Care RN

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and develop care plans.
• Evaluate care plans and document interventions.
• Assist with procedures and monitor patient responses.
• Lead responses to medical emergencies.
• Manage electronic messages and triage requests.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform procedures under supervision.
• Provide health education, counseling, and follow-up outreach.
• Participate in quality improvement, training, and mentorship activities.
• Perform advanced procedures autonomously under supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of current RN clinical experience, with two in a specialty area.
• Associates degree in nursing, with a high school diploma or GED.
• Active Georgia Registered Professional Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification.
• PREFERRED: BSN degree and specialty certification within one year of hire.
