Manufacturing company seeks an experienced Urethane Mold Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mold operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain urethane molds
• Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary
• Perform quality checks on products
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
