Mold Operator

Job Summary

Essential Duties, Responsibilities And Job Requirements

• Affirms product molding adherence to schedule and lot sheets.
• Maintains quality of molded parts through inspection.
• Reports sub-quality parts to shift supervisor.
• Reports machine or robot issues to shift supervisor.
• Fulfills BES ISO procedures.
• Assists in mold changes by emptying grinders, vacating old product, and setting up work station.
• Completes required paperwork.
• Participates in continuous improvements within the molding department.
• Works safely following BES safety policy.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Monitors and reports scrap to shift supervisor.
• Assists in minor mold setups.

• Demonstrated great attitude, exceptional attendance, and initiative.
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work effectively in a team.
• Good organizational skills with focus on accuracy.
• Quick learner and independent decision-maker.
• Continuous improvement-oriented.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Some lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs.) is required.
• Some daily computer work is required.
