Mold Operator
Position Summary
Full time openings are on 1st shift 6:30am - 2:30pm (limited openings), 2nd shift 2:30pm - 10:30pm $14.75 hourly and 3rd shift 10:30pm - 6:30am $14.50 hourly. There is a potential for mandatory overtime.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate injection mold machines while efficiently producing a quality product in a safe manner.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Keeps plant workplace neat and clean.
- Performs visual and gauged checks to ensure a quality product is produced/shipped.
- Follows operator work instructions.
- Stand for 8-12 hours in steel toed shoes.
- Work well with others in a team environment.
- Be flexible with overtime.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education And Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is desired. Education equivalent options available. Prior Manufacturing Experience Is a Desired But Not Required. Must pass all pre-employment screenings, have good attendance and a reliable means to get to work.
