About the role

The position provides administrative and operational support to the Dean's Office, focusing on Student Affairs. It involves managing sensitive student records, coordinating executive-level scheduling and special projects, overseeing student data reporting and compliance processes, supporting recruitment and student services initiatives, and serving as a key resource for college-wide administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Notetaking and Records Management: Supports the Dean's Office in managing student records, drafting letters, and coordinating Honor Council Hearings. Supports student recruitment and marketing efforts.

  • Executive Level Administrative Support: Coordinates committee and search activities, manages student information systems, supports policy administration, processes invoices, and collaborates across the college.

  • Serves as CHP Team Administrator in Anthology Student, manages student data in Informer, and supports various college-wide initiatives.

  • Supports Student Services: Manages student training compliance, creates and distributes evaluations, schedules orientation sessions, and supports clinical education team.

  • Executive Support: Provides secondary administrative support to the Dean and ADAFA, assists Clinical Education team, and coordinates Clery Act reporting.

  • Policy Management: Uploads, updates, and manages college policies, and provides support for faculty-related policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: High school diploma and four years relevant experience, or bachelor's degree and two years experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services.
