What You’ll Do

Own the Billing Process

• Partner with Field Supervision to capture and document construction activities
• Review, interpret, and code job documents for accurate billing
• Ensure all materials used are accounted for and reflected correctly

Be the Accuracy Expert

• Analyze construction prints, job packages, and field documentation
• Identify and correct discrepancies in billing data
• Recognize and input missed information from field crews

Collaborate & Communicate

• Work directly with utility companies to resolve billing questions
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Manage email correspondence and documentation efficiently

Leverage Systems & Data

• Enter and maintain job package data in internal and customer systems
• Utilize WMS platforms for data analysis and reporting
• Support billing readiness through detailed data validation

• Travel to job sites as needed to gather missing or clarifying information

Requirements

• Experience in the powerline or utility industry (required)
• Ability to read and interpret electric distribution construction prints
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Confident communication with both field teams and external partners
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team-oriented with a customer-first approach
