Responsibilities
- Provide libations and offer customized drink recommendations
- Maintain familiarity with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards
- Focus on maintaining an attractive bar
- Engage in casual conversation and creativity while building on personal bartending style and experience
- Adhere to state and local serving guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience with ample knowledge of wines and liquors
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Valid CA Food Handler Certification
