Banquet Bartender

Fairway Inn & Suites (formerly Par 5 Resort) in Mishicot, WI—just 35 minutes from Green Bay—is under new ownership and seeking team members for our Banquet service team.

About the role

This is a seasonal or flex position based on events at the property and is considered a tipped position. Hours may range from 6 am to 11 pm, with required availability for weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older, in accordance with state/local laws for serving alcoholic beverages
• Previous beverage service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Detail-oriented individual who maintains a clean and safe environment
• Composed, approachable, and professional attitude
• Ability to lift regularly up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Ability to maintain accurate points of sale using various forms of cash handling and systems
• Subject to successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Verify patrons are of legal drinking age by checking identification
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies throughout shift
• Enter orders into bar POS, collect payments, and balance cash drawer
• Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance and bar area at all times
