Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional beverage service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Accurately pour and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
- Assist with food service as needed
- Know menu details, including ingredients, preparation, and presentation
- Resolve guest issues professionally and courteously
- Set up and stock the bar before, during, and after shifts
- Ensure beverage control and compliance with alcohol service regulations
- Support team efforts to deliver high-quality service
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Uphold safety and quality standards at all times
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies
- Participate in team activities and meetings
- Support overall club operations and guest experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food and alcohol safety certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS)
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
Physical & Equipment Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varied environments (e.g., hot, cold, noisy)
- Proficiency in operating bar tools and POS systems
