Banquet Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional beverage service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Accurately pour and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
• Assist with food service as needed
• Know menu details, including ingredients, preparation, and presentation
• Resolve guest issues professionally and courteously
• Set up and stock the bar before, during, and after shifts
• Ensure beverage control and compliance with alcohol service regulations
• Support team efforts to deliver high-quality service
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Uphold safety and quality standards at all times
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies
• Participate in team activities and meetings
• Support overall club operations and guest experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food and alcohol safety certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS)
• Previous experience in food and beverage service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails

Physical & Equipment Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varied environments (e.g., hot, cold, noisy)
• Proficiency in operating bar tools and POS systems
