Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Banquet Bartender to join our team for special events and banquets. Events range from small dinner parties to large club-wide celebrations, that can take place in different locations around the property. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members and guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, at banquets and special events.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations when needed.
• Collaborate with the banquet staff to coordinate beverage service in accordance with the event plan.
• Monitor and manage inventory, restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
• Adhere to responsible beverage service guidelines, ensuring the well-being of members.
• Maintain accurate records of sales.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience, particularly in banquet or upscale settings.
• Knowledge of mixology and a diverse range of beverages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• RAMP or similar certification is a plus.
