About the role

The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track position in our Nursing Pathway beginning August 15th, 2026. The position requires at least 3 years’ experience in bedside nursing with preference given to candidates demonstrating expertise in nursing education. The teaching load is 24-27 credit hours per academic year.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction for students in clinical and classroom settings in coordination with established program and course objectives.
• Promote an environment with professional development and a commitment to collaboration and service within the Pathway, across the University and in the community.
• Advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in nursing is required.
