Uncle Tetsu Baker Assistant
The Baker Assistant at Uncle Tetsu is responsible for:
- Providing quality service to Guests
- Supporting the Baker and Person in Charge
- Performing FOH and BOH duties as directed
- Cleaning and sanitizing tasks
- Greeting and serving Guests
- Handling payment at the cash register
- Preparing drinks at the Tea Bar
- Preparing ingredients for baking
- Packaging cakes into boxes

Uncle Tetsu is an international Asian-inspired bakery founded in 1985 by Tetsushi Mizokami. It offers signature Japanese Cheesecakes at over 80 locations worldwide.

Requirements
Reliable and dependable attendance is required. Education and experience: Some high school, prefer some Operations experience. Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
Qualifications
Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.

Pay
Pay Range: $18.5 per hour - $21.5 per hour. Individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
