Uncle Tetsu Baker Assistant
The Baker Assistant at Uncle Tetsu is responsible for:
- Providing quality service to Guests
- Supporting the Baker and Person in Charge
- Performing Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties as directed
- Cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Greeting and serving Guests
- Handling payment at the cash register
- Preparing drinks at the Tea Bar
- Preparing ingredients for baking, including portioning, weighing, and storing ingredients
- Packaging cakes into boxes

Uncle Tetsu is an international Asian-inspired bakery founded in 1985 by Tetsushi Mizokami, known for its original Japanese Cheesecakes. With over 80 locations worldwide, each store offers its signature sweet and fluffy cheesecakes with the iconic Uncle Tetsu character stamp.

Pay Range: $19 per hour - $22 per hour, within the range individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
