Unarmed On-site Patrol Officer- Carlsbad

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
• Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
• Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior
• Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity
• Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff

Requirements

• Valid CA Driver’s License. Maximum of 1 point on driving record (copy required to interview)
• Valid Guard Card issued by BSIS (required)
• Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using reporting apps and GPS tracking
• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• 1 Year Of Security Experience Preferred
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required
• Physically able to stand/walk for entire shift
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Pay

$18.00/hr. (based on experience)
