What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet, preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
