Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic sonographic procedures.
- Captures and manages RIS data.
- Coordinates workflow related to imaging patient care.
- Maintains file room and performs general clerical duties.
- Affords assistance to physicians and handles housekeeping tasks.
- Assists with patient transportation as needed.
- Assists with scheduling of staff, prioritizing patients, and managing supply resources.
- Assists with on-call coverage if required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: ARDMS certification.
- Preferred qualifications: Two ARDMS certifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Equivalent to an Associate's degree in Ultrasound or relevant experience.
- Technical: Ultrasound.
- Credentials: Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification.
