UHNW Operations Consultant (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Partner with UHNW clients and internal teams to meet bespoke needs
• Lead operational and performance reporting for complex UHNW relationships
• Deliver high-touch support for time-sensitive client requests
• Create and maintain customized performance reports for clients
• Design and enhance reporting structures within Orion for complex data
• Oversee alternative investments and manually maintained account processes
• Act as a liaison between teams to translate client needs into reporting solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years in financial services operations or UHNW client service
• 3+ years supporting UHNW or complex multi-entity client relationships
• Strong experience with portfolio accounting systems like Addepar and Orion
• Deep understanding of performance calculation methodologies and consolidated reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
