About the role

The UC-35 Citation Army Transport Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor performs organizational level maintenance on assigned aircraft under contract to Amentum. They monitor and maintain documents of all aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, plan and coordinate all aircraft inspections, dispatch and monitor assigned tasks, work closely with the Operations Department to ensure aircraft availability, prepare reports, maintain logbooks, brief and debrief pilots, train lower-level employees, and perform related duties.

• Maintain aircraft historical records and various other aircraft files in support of maintenance and verification of maintenance action documentation.
• Communicate knowledgeably and effectively at senior management levels.
• Manage a large and diverse workforce with strong leadership skills.
• Work under deadlines and manage operations, logistics, and resource management.
• Write with clarity and technical accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in associated discipline highly desired; High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• A valid FAA A&P certificate required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of UC-35 Cessna Citation hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Experience supervising daily flight operations personnel supporting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Extensive background in Army Transport Aircraft maintenance.
• Ability to communicate knowledgeably and effectively at senior management levels.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a large and diverse workforce.
• Planning/organizing skills necessary to work under deadlines.
• A valid Driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance Requirements: Obtain and maintain a US Govt Secret Security Clearance, facility credentials, and authorization. US Citizenship is required for a Secret clearance.
• Physical and Additional Qualifications: Obtain a Govt. issued Common Access Card (CAC).
• Compensation Details: $135,000 annually.
