We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the job posting and extract relevant info.
First, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (description), Responsibilities (What You Will Be Doing), Requirements (Basic Requirements), Qualifications (maybe Nice-to-have?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits (maybe mention benefits link?), Pay (compensation $100k/year weekly), Schedule (full-time on-site). Also maybe location info.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Job title is "Tutor"? Actually posting: "Alpha is hiring." The role is maybe "Guide" or "Tutor". The job title appears at end: "Crossover Job Code: LJ-4415-US-Maricopa-Tutor". So we should not repeat that as heading.
We need to include sections only if content present.
Let's extract:
About the role: The initial paragraph includes quote and description: "The sheer amount of time I get back from not having to make daily lesson plans and grade papers is huge." — Katie, Lead Guide, Alpha Denver Alpha is hiring. Then description: "The most supportive thing you can do for a student who hits 99% of their weekly goal is refuse to call it done...." etc. Also description of Alpha: "You are not a teacher. At Alpha, students learn academics through AI-powered adaptive learning apps...." etc. Also "Picture a Tuesday...." etc. Also "The payoff is the day a student..." etc. Also "This is a full-time, on-site role at one of Alpha's campuses." Also location list. Also "We recruit nationally..." etc. Also "If you're interested in another Alpha campus, apply anyway..." etc. Also "If you have coached youth sports..." etc. Also "What You Will Be Doing" list. Also "What You Won’t Be Doing". Also "Tutor Key Responsibilities". Also "Basic Requirements". Also "Nice-to-have Requirements". Also "About Alpha". Also "Working with us" includes benefits, compensation, schedule.
We need to avoid duplication. We'll combine.

or
- .
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Let's craft sections:
- About the role: combine introductory description (quote, mission, description of role, Alpha approach, typical day, payoff). Could be multiple paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: list from "What You Will Be Doing" and also "Tutor Key Responsibilities" and maybe "What You Won’t Be Doing" could be separate but maybe combine as responsibilities and what not to do. But we can have Responsibilities section with bullet list of duties. Also we could have a separate section for "What You Won’t Be Doing" but not required; we could include as part of responsibilities? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list duties. The "What You Won’t Be Doing" is also a list of things not to do; could be included as responsibilities? Might be considered duties (what you won't do). Could be separate section maybe "What You Won’t Be Doing". But we only have predefined headings; we could use Responsibilities for duties, and maybe "Requirements" for basic requirements, "Qualifications" for nice-to-have, "Skills" maybe not needed, "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We'll follow that.
Thus:
About the role
... (combined description)
Responsibilities
- Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and giving and receiving feedback
- Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions that push every student to 100% of their weekly app goals, using Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive systems (school currency, leaderboards)
- Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each life skill, then re-coach any student who does not pass until they do
- Adapt the workshop playbook, and build new sessions when you find a gap, so the same material lands with a kindergartener and with an 8th grader
- Be both the adult who holds the standard and the adult your students choose to talk to
- Ensure every student in your K-8 cohort hits their weekly learning goals, masters each life skill, and leaves the year saying they loved school.
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The "What You Won’t Be Doing" is a list of things you won't do, still a list. Could be included under Responsibilities as well.
Let's include both positive and negative under Responsibilities? Might be confusing. Better to have a separate section maybe "What You Won’t Be Doing" but not allowed headings. Could we use
for that? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't say we cannot add other headings, but to be safe, we stick to those. Thus we can incorporate the "What You Won’t Be Doing" as part of Responsibilities with a note like "You will NOT be doing: ..." but still bullet list. Let's do:

- You will NOT be writing math and reading lesson plans, grading homework, or lecturing at a whiteboard; academic instruction lives in the apps
- You will NOT be running standardized test prep or answering for a class-wide test score
- You will NOT be handling parent conferences, emails, and complaints; campus leadership owns all parent-facing work
- You will NOT be crowd-controlling 30 students at once; cohorts are small and behavior work here is 1:1 coaching
- You will NOT be supervising kids at computers; motivation here is active and personal
Requirements
- Willing to work in person at an Alpha campus in Scottsdale, AZ; Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; or Austin, Dallas, or Plano, TX - relocation support provided
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- At least 3 years working directly with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students: classroom teaching, tutoring, athletic coaching, camp leadership, or youth program work
- Comfortable letting adaptive learning software deliver the academic instruction while you own motivation and life-skills coaching
- A personal record of high achievement, academic, athletic, or professional, that made holding a hard standard a habit rather than a posture
- Stage presence strong enough to hold a room of 12-year-olds for an hour without raising your voice
- Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Youth athletics coaching, debate, drama, camp leadership, or after-school program work where you were personally accountable for kids hitting a specific goal
- Experience teaching social-emotional learning (SEL) or durable-skills curricula
- A student you can name who went from resistant or checked out to fully engaged, and the specific thing you did
- Daily use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
Benefits
Full-time W2 employee position with immediate access to benefits (details). All roles are year-long positions.
Pay: Compensation $100,000 USD/year, payment period weekly.Pay
$100,000 USD per year, paid weekly.
Schedule: Full-time, on-site.Schedule
Full-time, on-site role.
We might also include location info under Requirements already. We should not include duplicated lines like "The compensation level for this role is $100,000 USD/year. The payment period is weekly." Already captured. We should not include "Crossover Job Code: LJ-4415-US-Maricopa-Tutor" as it's minor metadata; we can drop. We should not include "If you're interested in another Alpha campus, apply anyway..." as application instructions; we should drop. We should not include "Hit the Apply button if you found this interesting..." etc. We should not include "About Alpha" section? Could be part of About the role? Already we have description of Alpha in About the role. Could also make a separate About Alpha section but not needed. We need to preserve all substantive information. Did we miss any? Let's review original text for any other substantive info not captured: - Quote from Katie: included in About the role. - Description: "The most supportive thing you can do for a student who hits 99% of their weekly goal is refuse to call it done. Not because you are indifferent, but because you believe they can clear the bar, and lowering it is the real failure." Included? Not yet. We need to include that in About the role. - "You are not a teacher. At Alpha, students learn academics through AI-powered adaptive learning apps. No lectures. No textbooks. No whiteboard.
