About the role
The Atlanta office of Chamberlain Hrdlicka seeks an associate with 1 - 3 years of trust & estates/tax planning experience.
Responsibilities
- Draft complex wills and trusts (including GRATs, Installment Sales to Grantor Trusts with formula valuation, CLAT/CRUT, and similar documents)
- Significant family business succession planning experience
- Significant high net worth tax return preparation and review experience
- Familiarity with income taxation of individuals, trusts, estates, corporations, and partnerships
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials, particularly in transactional law courses
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team
- Admitted in Georgia
