Responsibilities
- Preparation of wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney
- Assistance and preparation of governing documents for advanced transfer tax planning strategies (i.e. gifting trusts, ILITs, SLATs, GRATs)
- Research and analysis of estate, gift, GST and income tax issues
- Research and analysis of complex state law and federal tax law issues.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements
- Ohio law license is required; Kentucky law license is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in estate planning.
- Superior analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
