Responsibilities
- Conduct residential real estate closings on a daily basis
- Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies
- Address and resolve title curative matters
- Handle a high volume of transactions
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admission to the North Carolina bar (South Carolina admission is a bonus)
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate law
- Title review experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions
Pay
$90,000 - $110,000 per year
