Tribal EVS Attendant III (34886)

Responsibilities

• Keeps conference rooms, copy rooms, break areas, lobby, stairways, elevator, parking garage, offices, and parking areas clean as instructed or by assigned schedules.
• Keeps trash containers clean and empty.
• Cleans all carpeting on a schedule and as needed.
• Cleans walls, ceilings, sidewalks, parking areas, TVs, and vents using a ladder as necessary.
• Cleans lobby and lounge areas, including furniture and equipment.
• Performs general floor care (e.g., strip, wax, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, clean carpets).
• Assists in moving general storage items, furniture, equipment, and other supplies as needed.
• Keeps windows and door sidelights clean.
• Cleans public and employee bathrooms; replenishes supplies.
• Cleans administrative and Tribal offices, including washing furniture and equipment by assigned schedule or as needed.
• Removes litter from parking lots and nearby areas to maintain a clean and neat environment.
• Cleans parking garage by sweeping and/or pressure washing to maintain a sand- and dust-free environment.

Requirements

• Able to stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1.5 miles, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.
• Able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.

Gaming experience is not required.
