About the role
The firm is a boutique with a team-based approach to construction litigation, offering a hybrid work arrangement for the Trial Attorney position.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team while handling significant individual responsibilities
- Contribute to the drafting and review of legal documents
- Manage pre-litigation, litigation, and post-judgment processes
- Advise clients on legal issues related to construction matters
- Prepare and present evidence in court
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
Requirements
- Texas State Bar member
- At least 10 completed trials
- Prior jury trial experience preferred
- At least 7-10 years of experience in construction litigation
- Experience across all stages of construction litigation
- A strong background in construction law
- Proven analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Must be a Texas State Bar member
- At least 10 completed trials
- Experience in construction litigation
- Preferably with jury trial experience
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in construction law
- Excellent analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills
