About the role

A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm seeks a highly motivated and passionate Trial Attorney to join their team in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case
• Show compassion and empathy
• Earn clients’ trust, confidence, and respect
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers
• Prepare the case for trial
• Try the case if needed

Qualifications

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6 or more years of litigation experience
• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred
• Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in evaluating claims
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team‑oriented
