Responsibilities

• Assist clients in filing and managing insurance claims
• Research and analyze insurance policies to identify coverage options
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance
• Prepare and file necessary documentation for claims
• Work closely with attorneys and adjusters to ensure accurate representation
• Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, insurance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in insurance claims handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes
• Experience working with attorneys and insurance adjusters
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
