Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and presenting legal arguments in court and during mediation
- Research relevant laws and regulations to support case strategies
- Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct client meetings to gather necessary information and update clients on case progress
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement litigation strategies
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Louisiana
- At least 2 years of experience in personal injury or insurance litigation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
