Trial Attorney
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases in and around the Irvine area
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law
- Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interacting with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
- Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications
- Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the CA Bar Association
- Minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience
- Civil jury trial experience preferred
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
Pay
Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $500,000 USD
