Trial Attorney

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases in and around the Irvine area
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the CA Bar Association
• Minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience
• Civil jury trial experience preferred
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $500,000 USD
