Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and submitting insurance claims
• Research and analyze insurance policies to identify coverage options
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
• Prepare and present case arguments to adjusters and attorneys
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in insurance claims or legal field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local and state insurance laws
• Experience with claim software and databases
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
