About the role

As a Treatment Supervisor at Abraxas I, you will direct activities of the unit and provide supervision of staff. Through leadership and direction, your team will provide the best treatment possible for adolescents and BUILD BETTER FUTURES.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of the unit and provide supervision of staff
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure the best treatment possible for adolescents
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff
• Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits and three years experience working with children; OR Bachelor's degree and one year of experience working with children
• At least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Criminal clearances (Act 33 and 34, specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI)
• Valid driver's license from employee's state of residence
• Valid registered vehicle insurance
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department
