About the role
The Treatment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the treatment program, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
- Train and supervise staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with individuals who have substance abuse disorders.
Skills
- Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
