Supervisor

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule

• Part-time / Full-time
• Mornings and evenings
• Weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports
• Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff
• Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies
• Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable
• Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable
• Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management
• Perform attendant or cashier duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
• At least 1 year of related parking and/or customer service experience
• Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry
• Organized, honest, and proactive with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" attitude
• Self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative, and decisive
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays
• Strong conversational communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
