About the role
The Treatment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the treatment program, ensuring that all clients receive quality care and support. This includes managing staff, coordinating services, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the treatment program to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Congregate with clients to provide emotional support and guidance.
- Coordinate services such as counseling, therapy, and medication management.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
- Document client progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work).
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Experience working with individuals who have substance use disorders.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and practices.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
$25 - $30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Variable schedule to accommodate the needs of the treatment program, typically 40 hours per week.
