Treatment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage for safety.
• Develop and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities.
• Interview and select candidates for posted positions.
• Facilitate new employee on-the-job training and development.
• Conduct supervisory conferences and performance evaluations.
• Determine and implement progressive discipline as needed.
• Respond to Step 1 grievances.
• Schedule employee training to meet mandatory requirements.
• Provide on-going supervision and monitor case management activities.
• Schedule team meetings and plan agendas to promote teamwork and communication.
• Use Safe Crisis Management (SCM) appropriately and supervise staff in its use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or Associate’s degree and 60 credits, or High School Diploma and 5 years of progressive experience, with 4 years as a supervisor.
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion.
• Experience working with children and ability to manage resistant behavior.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
