About the role
This position is Full-Time and starting pay will be based on qualifications, education, experience, and location.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the treatment plant
- Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Monitor and report on water quality parameters
- Prepare reports and maintain records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with wastewater treatment software
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment
