About the role
Responsible for operating and maintaining wastewater treatment facilities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Document operational data and submit reports as required
- Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in wastewater operations
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
