Treasury & Online Banking Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone and email support to business and commercial clients
• Aid with online banking access, password resets, user setup, and troubleshooting
• Support treasury and cash management services including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, wires, and card services
• Complete new client onboarding and perform ongoing account maintenance
• Guide customers through banking tools and recommend appropriate solutions (non-sales)
• Manage daily call volume while meeting service level expectations

Qualifications

• Banking experience or high-volume call center/customer support experience required
• Comfortable working directly with business and commercial customers
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Stable work history with clear tenure listed on resume
