Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to assist the Treasury Management team in providing superior service to engaged customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of treasury management products, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Treasury Management team in delivering superior service to engaged Treasury Management relationships.
  • Handles day-to-day Treasury Management customer support needs through phone and email.
  • Supports the Treasury Management sales team with statement analysis, special projects, and other team-related needs.
  • Follows up with customers on file and processes approval requests.
  • Maintains accurate data files and service inventory logs.
  • Assists with product and service implementation and user training as needed.
  • Keeps abreast of all treasury management products and services, including explaining features and benefits to clients and prospects.
  • Serves as a liaison between the Commercial Banking Team and Operations, and between customers and Operations.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and works collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years banking experience.
  • 5+ years of banking experience in commercial lending, treasury management, or related areas.
  • Accredited ACH Professional certification desired.
  • Proficiency with PC, phone systems, and general office equipment.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • High degree of accuracy.
